Return & Refund Policy — Her Quiet Hour

We want you to love your rest. If you're not completely happy, we're here to make it right.

30-Night Rest Promise
You have 30 nights from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items should be in their original condition — for hygiene reasons, eye masks and pillowcases must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with any original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at shopherquiethour@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, contact us within 7 days at shopherquiethour@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items
Used, washed, or worn items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
