Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it's on its way.

Delivery times (after dispatch)
United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
United States: 8–12 business days
Canada: 8–12 business days

Please allow extra time during busy periods and holidays. If you're ordering for a specific occasion, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
